Deocapac Designs was founded by the team of Emily Montes de Oca and Froila Pacanins. After meeting in 2005 while working at Bernard Hodes Group, the two women found they shared a love of authentic creative design and a similar work ethic; one that places emphasis on fostering uniqueness and designing works that leave a bold mark.

A Glazer-Kennedy expert, Emily is an innovative professional. She is involved in the marketing process from tactical planning to program development, and inventively expresses client concepts through creative branding, graphic design, photography and web design. Over the course of her career Emily has created campaigns for:

Passionately dedicated to cultivating talent, Emily has consistently worked with local educational facilities by offering internships to their most gifted students. Deocapac Designs also provides training sessions to clients to give them insight into the operation of everything from WordPress to social media platforms to help them grow their businesses. Emily is an Ambassador of Working Women of Tampa Bay, an active member of a peer focus group known as Marketing Soup, and has been the sponsor of Fashion Week Tampa Bay for the past six years.
Alexa Wersinger
Lead Creative Artist
Heading up the rest of the team, Alexa has been with Deocapac since early 2012. With her B.F.A in Graphic Design from the University of South Florida – St. Petersburg, Alexa is skilled in design and has overseen the creation of brochures of all shapes and sizes, business cards, rack cards, calendars and logos, as well as social media collateral. Her design aesthetic can be seen in FWTB, Invent Your Image, NPCRD branding, and Groovy Cats & Dogs’ marketing materials. This group of designers make visions come to life by showcasing products and services that connect with the client’s audience. What Alexa loves about Deocapac is the constant flow of synergy that bounces off the walls until it transforms into a creative the client loves.
