Deocapac Designs History
Deocapac Designs was founded by a team of two creative women, Emily Montes de Oca and Froila Pacanins, who met while working at Bernard Hodes Group in 2005. Emily and Froila found that they shared a similar work ethic, one that places an emphasis on fostering the uniqueness of individuals, designing works that leave behind a bold mark at affordable prices, and a love of authentic creative design. This work ethic, a combined twenty-five years of experience in the marketing and design industry and the desire to pursue a business of their own paved the way for the creation of Deocapac Designs in 2008.
Emily Montes de Oca is the creative founder and bold creative mark behind Deocapac Designs. She has spent over twelve years pursuing business in the areas of marketing, design, and photography. She considers herself to be an innovative professional with a wide range of talents and a love of creativity. Throughout her career she has created campaigns for Ceviche, WCI Communities, HSBC, Tech Data and TECO Energy.
She is involved in many aspects of the marketing process, from tactical planning to program development, branding, design, photography and web design. She is a Glazer-Kennedy expert and brings this knowledge to her clients on a daily basis. Emily also prides herself on being an active member of CABA, Working Women of Tampa Bay and Women in Networking.

The Deocapac Design Team is comprised of many talented individuals that have a combined experience of over 25 years in businesses of varying size and skill from advertising agencies to corporate communications. Our creative team consists of designers, illustrators, copywriters, photographers and interactive/web designers.
