Grand Oaks of Tampa Bay

Grand Oaks Apartments hired Deocapac Designs to build their website through the use of Website Tonight through Go Daddy. GOA wanted the ability to have their site hosted and managed by Go Daddy so we ensured that need was fulfilled by developing a custom template around the branding of GOA while also photographing the complex to incorporate original site photography. It was also important for GOA to have a residential portal with a password restricted area, this allowed the residents to login to view emergency numbers, monthly newsletters and submit contact forms to GOA management.
